Got initial phone call from Jefferies recruiter, who asked about my background / experience.
First round was with VP who split the interview into 2 parts (Behavioral on Friday, technicals on Monday)
Technical questions included:
1. What are some valuation methods
2. Walk me through how $10 of Depreciation affects the three financial statements
3. Walk me through a DCF. Additionally, what levers could you pull to increase the valuation?
4. Talk about the Comparable Analysis valuation method. Which multiples would you use in which situation and why?
