1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview with one of Jefferies' regional offices for the IB SA role. The first round mainly included behavioral questions asked by an Analyst and Associate followed by basic technical questions involving the 3 statements. The final round kicked off with BB/EB style technicals some were quite tricky - outside of the 400 q's guide but doable if you understand the content and 2 back-to-back interviews with the VP/MD level folks asking mostly about my interests and passions outside IB.
