Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed for toronto office, which has a solid team and entrepreneurial culture.
Would recommend diving deep into IFRS and GAAP differences, especially when calculating EBITDA (impact of op and finance leases).
Also got a diluted SHE question for an M&A, where I had to calculate TEV on a GAAP and IFRS basis
