Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, process was rather seamless. After a period of about 1-3 weeks, I recieved an email, if i was still interested in the position, I had been invited for a 1st round over the phone interview with an Analyst at the bank. Interview was simple asked be to walk him through my resume and tell him about myself. Also asked about my general knowledge of Public Finance. Next asked me questions about the current state of the treasury market.
