Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two weeks after I applied, I got a phone screener from the team. After the screener, I was invited to the official first round interview. The first round interview was with a VP and an analyst from the same team asking mostly bevahiour questions and some technical questions. 50% of technicals were common 400 IB Questions but another 50% were specific to the group I was applying to. For example, what are the current news/deals related to X industry? And how did you study for the industry?
