Summer Analyst

First interview for me was on the phone with an alumni from my school (I come from a non-target). It was pretty difficult in terms of technicals but have the typical behaviorals. I was told that this really only applies because there was a lot of candidates from my school applying and this alumni wanted to weed out those that weren't seriously interested. Throughout the interview process, they like when you mention you have spoken to a number of employees at the firm and I believe its okay to mention them by name. The superday was pretty easy I thought. Only 1 hr and it consisted of 3, 20 minute interviews. All were 2 on 1 and mainly consisted of an analyst/associate with a senior member of the firm. Demonstrate why Jefferies over everyone else-especially bulges.
