Summer Associate

Process began by networking with Alumni through virtual chats set up by MBA program. Then moved to in person coffee chats over a period of 4-6 weeks with as many alumni as possible. Once you talked to enough people and enough have vouched for you, you were invited to either a first round or straight to super day. Interview was both behavioral and technical. Back to back 30 minutes and then a final 30 minute interview with a senior MD. Senior MD interview was very straight forward, other two were focused heavily on conceptual understanding of LBOs and DCF etc.

Learn the 400 Guide, but also make sure to understand the topics not just memorize blindely. All the people that I met were great and very helpful. Did not matter if they were alumni or not, everyone was kind and willing to help.
