The interview process was very smooth. At first, it was an initial robot screening interview (like HireVue). About 3 weeks later, you get invited to have your second interview with two recruiters via Zoom, who ask you about yourself (resume) and a few behavioral question. Within 2 weeks of that, you receive an invitation (or not) to SuperDays. A superday for me consisted of 3 back-to-back interviews, 2 were 2on1, and 1 was a 1on1. SuperDay interviews consisted of mostly behavioral and technical questions, along with the why real estate, why JLL, and why certain market questions. Overall, the experience went very well.
