Interview
I applied online through the JLL website. I received an email from a recruiter approximately 1 week later to schedule a 1 on 1 zoom call with the Executive Director of the department. This call was very informal and the director went over my resume and asked me basic questions to assess fit. The second step was a group interview with other senior leadership within the department. This was more technical, but not challenging. Overall, the interview experience was positive. I did not receive an offer as they selected an internal candidate to promote.
