Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed for the Capital Markets Summer Internship in D.C. The position entailed working in Debt and Structured Finance and Investment Advisory. The first interview was a phone interview with 3 analysts and the recruiter. It lasted 20 minutes and comprised of behavioral questions. The second and final interview was a video interview with 2 analysts, the director, and the recruiter. Again, was behavioral and lasted for 20 minutes. The questions weren't hard and I was told I would learn everything on the job. Still waiting to see if I will get the gig. I know there will be a background screening if I do get the gig, but I'm not sure about a drug test.
