Applied online, got a 1st round 20 minute interview asked a classic behaviorals and why real estate finance, why do you want this role, what skills have you developed that would make you fit for the role. Moved to second round asked technicals about valuing earnings of a REIT and about some deals they have done and also some classic behaviorals.
