Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Initial zoom meeting with basic questions, and the interviewer was simply reading off a list and on her phone the entire time. It was honestly an extremely disrespectful process and I do not recommend applying here. I was asked the exact same question three times, and when I noted that I had already responded my interviewer shrugged.
