Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I talked with a recruiter, who showed up ~5-10 minutes late and had a terrible attitude. She seemed bored out of her mind and asked the most basic questions. Why JMI, why growth equity, etc. The questions weren't hard; the hardest thing is hoping that that recruiter just ate lunch and is in a good mood. If you take a look at glassdoor, it seems that other people had a similar bad experience with her.
