Brand Management

Am a second year student. Their reps/website says that they only hire third years for summer positions but it's a lie. Make sure you apply as a second year and actually write a specific cover letter.
First interview: just HR, over the phone, very basic behavioural questions.
Second interview: two brand managers, seemed pretty young. One market sizing question, more behaviourals. Was asked a lot about the healthcare industry.
Third interview: Had three separate interviews and a case. The case was pretty easy, you do it in a group. Was asked about my favourite brand campaign, my thoughts on some recent trends - make sure you know about the industry. I really messed up the behaviourals in one of my interviews; was asked about a time I made a mistake at work and couldn't think of anything good so I kinda spluttered.

To be honest, the people who work here aren't the smartest people in the world. With market sizing questions, I could tell most of them couldn't follow the math. Be personable, don't worry about proving that you're super smart.
