Please describe the interview / hiring process.
About one week after campus recruiting event I received a call to come in for an interview. Interview was very situational based. The first half consisted of a lot of STAR type questions. The second half was technical accounting/finance questions (ex. explain the basic financial statements). One or two curveball questions. Overall I would say it was an average to difficult interview. The interviewers were extremely nice and really represented the company well. You can tell the people that work there really do enjoy it.
