1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went to as many Johnson & Johnson networking events offered in ordered to truly get a feel for the company and for the J&J employees to know my name. I was then selected for an on-campus interview which lasted 45 minutes long. 3 weeks later I received an internship offer for the summer of 2017.
