Marketing Intern

3 rounds of interviews. First interview was on the phone with an HR person. To be honest, it did not appear as though she understood the role herself. A bit disappointing but I moved on to the second round with two interviewers who were in the role was interviewing for.

It was a very behavioural interview with a market sizing question thrown in. For the market sizing, they seemed to be very impressed with fast math so if you can do that, it's a bonus.

Third rounds was a super day in their head office (in Markham). It consisted of a few behavioural interviews, one group case. For the group case, my recommendation is that you lay out a few ideas right away for the team and have them choose one of them. Don't be too pushy!
