Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. online application which is outsourced to ChinaHR.com.
2. Personality test focusing on leadership and communication ability
3. Round 1 Interview: Group discussion on a given case. Every team member was informed the background information and given around 10 minutes to review the materials. And then around 30 minutes to discuss on the case. The case was mainly about a beverage company which had been experiencing declines in profits, especially in certain sectors. And we were assigned the task of finding solutions to the problems that the company was facing. After the discussion, one person was selected to do a 10-minute presentation on behalf of the team. During the interview, one director in the division which the candidates had applied for would ask questions to challenge the candidates. Other 4 interviewers were observing and recording.
4. Round 2 Interview: 2 on 1 Interview. 2 directors meet with 1 candidate and conduct further discussion on behavior questions.
