Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Round 1 was a 15 min phone screening interview by HR. This was a scheduled interview so ample time to [mentally] prepare. Asked generic character questions and salary expectations.
Round 2 (final round) three interviews with multiple people ranging from associate to MD. Atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. A few interviewers appeared entirely disinterested.
