Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had networked with a family friend who recommended me. I sent my resume to HR. I then had a phone interview with HR. Next round, I went in and met one-on-one with all of the team members for 45 mins- 1 hour. About 1-2 weeks later after communications, I came in for an Argus modeling test. I did absolutely terrible (I had zero argus experience). After that, I had one last phone interview for about 30 minutes with the managing director on a friday. That called ended with him saying the formal offer would be there on Monday.
