What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One 15 minute phone screen with HR rep. Fairly straightforward questions, why CRE, what is your definition of brokerage, etc. A few weeks later, hr rep emailed me saying I have a phone call with senior MD at the firm.
Lasted 35 mins or so, behavioral questions, no complex technicals. Emailed saying they were getting an offer together few days later.
