Second round is with the local senior director who gets into the detail of your commercial real estate interest and minor technical questions (valuations, research methods) and industry questions (tailored to what you know and follow in the news). Also he will discuss placement and get into the depth of projects you'll work on. I have to admit the project experience was presented in an exciting way. However, I'm sure real estate majors were preferred over finance ones. Both interviewers were very friendly and overall positive experience.
