Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The assessment centre consisted of 2x30 minute video interviews, each with two UBS interviewers from Global markets division. First was competency and second was a commercial interview. First interview asked about UBS core values, many typical competency and scenario based questions and a brainteaser near the end. Second interview was discussions about markets, views on asset classes, equity sectors, biggest forces currently driving markets, etc. Both interviews were very conversational.
