Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This position was for the non-profit healthcare investment banking group. I had 1 phone interview then was invited to the office for a super day. Met with 7 people, from analysts all the way up to the MD. Typical questions (DCF etc.) but was also asked several bond and debt questions; also asked how I would value a hospital (they were looking for a unique/logical answer). They wanted to make sure I could pull the hours because the group was small and deal activity was booming.
