2014 Investment Management Summer Analyst

After you apply online, you will receive emails for online tests, including Logical Reasoning and Numerical Reasoning, by SHL. After that, wait for around 3 weeks, then you will receive emails for final round interview. Yes, directly to final round, without any phone interviews or other assessment. It is an assessment center lasting for 3 hours. The assessment center consists of: (1) group discussion activity; (2) 2 rounds of 30-min interview which will consist of both competency and technical/analytical questions; (3) online tests. For (1), they will give you several funds and let your team discuss and choose some for investment; For (2), one round focusing on competency questions and another round focusing on both competency and technical/analytical questions, and the technical questions are not difficult; For (3), just again, SHL numerical and logical, each has 10 questions. They will provide laptops for you.
