The application process online is very straightforward. There were a few short answer questions, mostly relating to your personal experiences and motivation for applying. You should also have your resume/covering letter ready to upload. Following submission, you should automatically receive the invitation to take the online tests; there is a numerical and logical test, both of which need to be completed within 3 days. I received an invite to a first round phone interview approximately 3.5 weeks after completing the tests and got a rejection within 2 weeks.

The best piece of advice I can give is to be honest during the interview and let your personality shine through. Also, be able to defend everything that you put in your resume and cover letter because they do go into detail about it, even your listed hobbies. The entire call lasted around 30 minutes and my interviewer was very professional.
