Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was an internal move, so the communication process was very straightforward. The interviews consisted of a phone screen and then 2 days of multi-person interviews, the first with junior staff, and the second with more senior members of the team. This was an entry level position, so the interviews were more conversational and not overly technical. The purpose of the questions was to demonstrate both my proficiency with excel/ppt and my intellectual curiosity/ability to learn quickly. Overall, I found the process far from stressful
