Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a phone interview which was very qualitative. Talked about why I wanted to move/change job.
Next step was a case study where I had to present an investment thesis on a company. I had to do an in-person presentation in front of about 7 people. There was Q&A throughout the session and the questions were very detailed.
Post that, I had to come in and meet several members of the group. This was generally more qualitative. Technical aspects were heavily tested during the case study.
