Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Did very little networking, as employees mentioned it doesn't particularly help. Applied online and received a pymetrics personality type test, after which I immediately received a hireview with a number of questions, one repeat per question allowed. After this, I received a superday offer for a specific group, which was a round of three 25 minute interviews. One interview was designed to be technical aside from a quick introduction, the other two were behavioral. Technical and one behavioral were done by associates in the group, the final interview was with a director. Technical process was a few finance exercises, such as valuing a company based on cash flow, growth rates, and beta/cost of debt/other assumptions to calculate a wacc. Other technicals were general financial knowledge, EV questions, and valuation methods. Generally relaxed, but would not have described as friendly.
