Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interviews has three parts in total. The first part is the Hirevue, which participants are required to answer three to four randomly selected questions. After passing this stage, all qualified interviewees could have an online Zoom meeting with HR, senior roles and some team members to know more about the position they applied, working patterns and Q&A session. The last part is facing to selected candidates in a more smaller range. This includes two one to one meetings with members in different positions and situational question and technical questions are being tested.
