Analyst for MBS

Got the interview through a recruiter that came to my school, the division head e-mailed me soon after. The first interview took place in Brooklyn, mostly my personality and background. Three people interviewed me separately. One person gave me a math question, just don't get nervous if you get it wrong and you were fine. The next wave of interviews took place in Manhattan. Three older people interviewed me, it was a polite conversation. I sent thank you e-mails after the interviews. I hadn't heard back after three weeks, so I e-mailed them. I did this again after two weeks. I assumed they had made their minds. I tried one or two more times, but no response. Six months after the interviews one of them said that they decided to go with someone else and that they would keep me on file. The only negative experience about this was that of the six, only one person bothered to respond to me months after the interview.
