Originally reached out to an VP+ in August. They referred me to hiring managers who I met with in November and they had me meet with other members of the team later in December. Super Day was in January with 5 back-back interviews. All behavioral / fit-based questions. I received call from recruiter with offer on the following day.
In terms of advice: Follow the markets through email newsletters, CNBC, WSJ, etc. Be able to demonstrate your interest in the industry by speaking to your work experience and/or involvement outside the classroom through clubs, personal account management, etc. Finally, allow your experiences and resume to shine and ALWAYS ask questions at the end of the interviews
