1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Lengthy, starts with meeting a recruiter who screens you. Then a hiring manager who will introduce you to other members of the team for further interviews. Usually 1 on 1, lasts 60 mins or so. Depending on people's schedule, no all interviews are done same day. Process usually take 3-5 weeks. Questions were personality based. Why I want the job, what I'm looking for, prior experience, how this translates, questions about the resume. They were looking for a "fit"
