Applied through Winning Women program in spring 2018. Did hirevue, then did a phone interview. Was invited to attend the two day event. The questions were standard and the interviews were conducted in a large room with maybe different tables to rotate between. Had four rounds. Interviewers had incredibly different styles: one fired questions rapidly and interrupting me every few seconds, one was completely conversational and laid down the papers with questions and asked me to choose one, one talked about hilarious hobbies with me
