Associate

I was referred by a friend of a family friend, who happened to be in a relatively high position within the firm. Using this referral, I submitted my resume and applied to several positions that fit my interests. About three weeks later, I was contacted by a recruiter to interview. I had a phone/informational interview with the recruiter a couple days later. The interview involved pretty standard questions regarding my resume and experience, and I had the opportunity to learn more about the role. A couple days later I was contacted by a scheduler to do an in-office interview, which occurred the next week. I met with four Junior-level team members who quizzed me on my resume and experiences. I was also given a couple of coding-related case questions. Soon after I was asked to come in for an interview with Senior-level team members the next week. I actually found these interviews easier; I think they had already decided I was a good candidate and more wanted to probe my interest and fit. A few days later I was given an offer.
