Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview a month later. I had four, 30 minute interviews via zoom including one with the hiring manager. Interview timeline moved very, very quickly (three interviews in one week). All fit and behavior questions since this is an overhead role. Most collaborative interview I’ve ever had, spent half the interview talking about myself, half talking about the interviewers experience with the firm and more details about the specific role.
