Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was 4 hours of rotating interviews. After a few one-on-ones, two members of the team conducted an interview together. Very focused on fit rather than technicals or qualifications. Seemed like a relatively quiet office, and they were looking for someone who was more task-focused than creative/entreprenurial. There was another candidate interviewing at the same time, which was a little strange given the size of the office (small). Also, I was not told ahead of time that the process would last hours. I was only prepared for a single one-on-one.
