Please describe the interview / hiring process.
4 rounds consisting of 1 HR and 3 manager interviews. All on Webex. HR interview quite easy mainly behavioral on motivation. Manager interviews are technical regarding Black Scholes understanding and some stochastic volatility model understandings. Trade ideas as well.
