Got referred through a long-shot of a connection. Enough to get my resume on top of the pile and duke it out with the other candidates on an equal playing field. I started with a phone interview to assess fit, so be prepared for the general fit questions.
Next I went in for in-person interviews which started as 1-1 and ended in a group interview. Commercial Banking is not known for asking IQ/Finance questions so my biggest piece of advice is to be yourself and show them you've got the mental chops to handle the job, but the personality to sit there for 8-10 hours a day and enjoy their company when working on deal teams.
