Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process was three rounds in a row. First round was screening with two first year analysts, second round was with middle management one on one, and final round was with one on one with senior management from that line of business. All represented the firm in a very professional manner and ensured a friendly, comfortable tone pervaded each step of the interview. Questions were fit-oriented in the initial round, technical/practical in the second round, and a mix of both in the third round with the practical questions being more related to method of response in difficult interpersonal situations.
