Chase Leadership Development Program

I received the first round through on campus recruiting (at a non-target). First round was fairly basic, just went through my resume, asked me some very specific questions about my past experience, and had a good discussion about my interest in banking. The second round was the Superday at HQ in New York. It consisted of three 30-minute interviews, with each interviewer asking very specific questions about JP Morgan Chase, the banking system, details about the recent JPM settlement with the Justice Department, as well as multiple questions about my experience and qualifications.

The people were all extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout the process the HR department gave me all the information that I asked for, and the interviewers were fairly easy going and simple to talk to. The office seemed like a charged and driven environment. The I received an offer approximately two weeks after the interview.
