What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very conversational. Basic behavioral questions such as "tell me about yourself", "Talk about a time you had to rise up to become a leader". It was a video interview that was about 30 minutes. The person interviewing me was a recruiter. The next round was two back to back video interviews consisting of a case question as well as some questions about the culture.
