Chase Leadership Development Program Summer Analyst

Two rounds of interviews: First round was a 45 minute interview on my university campus with a Senior VP. I would estimate 70% behavioral and 30% technical. The technical questions were mostly a byproduct of me leading the interview in that direction through my previous experiences on my resume. Second round consisted of three 30 minute interviews with two Associate VPs and one Executive Director. First and third interview were 90% behavioral while the second interview was 80% technical. Two of the interviewers were very easy going, smiled a lot, and listened attentively to my responses. One interviewer was a lot more cold, didn't smile, and was attempting to make me crack. Had to wait almost two months until finally receiving my offer decision (most likely had to do with my class year - younger than the other candidates).
