Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through my OCR. Was for summer sophomore diversity program, and got an interview even though I am not considered diverse. Met with a recruiter from investor services division. Overall she was very friendly and nice. No hard questions, just looking for personable people. They were likely looking for diverse applicants so my lack of diversity likely hurt my chances.
