JP Morgan is very strong in mobility. If you reach out to your program manager and express interest in an area, the program manager will put you in touch with the line of business recruiter. The one on one interview various based on who is interviewing you. I had one interview that was very casual behavioral question (strength, weaknesses, why this position) while having the second round to be more technical . The question can vary from are you closer to equity or fixed income to technical skills like programming and VBA
