Client associate

I networked and my mentor had a pretty high role at JPMC, so he was able to set up a job shadowing experience for me where i spoke with 3 client associates then I spoke with 3 executives. I thought I spoke to some genuine well rounded people. They were really nice, encouraging and very smart. After that shadowing day I had set up an interview for the next week. And it went well. Some advice I would provide for interview candidate is get your SIE, and know why you want to work in Wealth Management. The culture I felt was a work hard play hard kind of environment. Some folks said they tried to be in the office 4/5 times a week but mostly 5 times a week.
