Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied via my campus recruiting services and then was invited to a first round interview on campus. The first interview was a 2 on 1 with two employees from various offices in the Midwest. The interview itself was all behavioral and fit, and both interviewers were very friendly. The second round consisted of a super day at their main office in Detroit. It was 7 one on one interviews each lasting 30 minutes long, once again all behavioral and getting to know me. They emphasized being part of a team atmosphere.
