Commercial Real Estate

Interview started off with a two-on-one OCR. This interview was strictly behavioral and was a test to see if you are truly interested in Commercial Banking, let alone real estate. I was then invited to the Superday at their office in Irvine. These were two 30 minute interviews, back to back. The first one was with a Senior Credit Analyst who went off a list of behavioral questions to interview. The second interview was with the Western Regional Manager, who mainly asks behavioral questions and few technical questions. He tries to generally pick at your brain and asks follow up questions to every answer you have.

All in all, not too bad. Know your resume, behavioral questions, why commercial banking, why real estate, and basic financial accounting questions and you should be fine.
