Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone Interview:
- pretty chill, 30minutes with an Associate.
- Basic interview questions e.g. walk through CV, behavioural questions, why interested in the company
Final Round AC:
- 3 hours ( two 1-1 interview with Associate/VP level, 1 group discussion and presentation)
- 1-1 interview with VP can be harsh, stress testing and some basic technical questions, they drill down whenever they think you are making up something
- Group Case Discussion is like any other bank's one, but after the presentation, MD will throw questions directly at you, including brain teaser
