Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Consisted of multiple phone interviews with Managers and VPs in New York and Columbus. The recruiter was very difficult to get in touch with and constantly blew me off. I had already interviewed heavily in the fall and was pretty much over dealing with bs. The people I talked to in NY were much better than those in Columbus and the process was probably better in the fall.
